Pick Your Plan

Choose the number of meals that fits your lifestyle — anywhere from 6 to 16 meals per week. The more meals, the lower the per-meal cost. Most members land on 10-13 (Athlete tier) because it covers lunch and dinner most days without overdoing it.

Set Your Goal

After signing up, you'll tell us your goal — Cut, Maintain, or Build. This determines how your meals are portioned. We prep based on goal categories, not custom macros per person. You can update your goal anytime.

Choose Meals by Friday

Every week, a new menu drops and you pick which meals you want. Log in at menu.gainztrainprep.com and make your selections before the Friday night cutoff.

If you miss the cutoff, we'll repeat your previous week's selection — or substitute the closest available option if something rotated off the menu.

We Prep Saturday

Everything is prepped fresh on Saturday. Never frozen, never sitting in a warehouse. Real ingredients, cooked the day before you pick them up.

Pickup or Delivery Sunday

Grab your meals on Sunday during our pickup window in Utah County. Delivery is also available on Sundays. Exact location and window details will be shared after signup.

Log your meals in MyFitnessPal or any tracker. Exact protein, carbs, fat, and calories are listed for every meal. No guessing, no estimating. Just results.

Common Questions

You can cancel anytime. Just reach out to us by phone, text, or DM on Instagram before your next weekly cutoff and we'll stop your subscription. No cancellation fees, no runaround.
No worries — we'll repeat your previous week's selection automatically. If a meal has rotated off the menu, we'll substitute the closest available option. Text us if you have a preference.
Yes. Just let us know before the weekly cutoff and we'll update your portioning for that week's prep. Your goal is set per week, not locked permanently.
Currently we run one menu for everyone — no gluten-free or dairy-free variations yet. We plan to add dietary options as we grow. Stay tuned, or reach out and let us know your needs.
Some premium proteins (like steak or premium beef cuts) cost $1.50 more per meal due to ingredient cost. When you select a specialty item from the menu, we'll note the upcharge and invoice separately. Your base subscription stays the same.
We're currently transitioning to our new commissary kitchen in Utah County. Once we're in, the address will be posted here and shared with all active members. For now, location details are shared directly after signup.
Our meals are prepped fresh on Saturday and are best consumed within 4-5 days. For the last day or two of the week, you can freeze meals and reheat when needed. Most people eat through everything by Thursday or Friday.
Yes — delivery is available on Sundays within Utah County. Delivery details and any associated fees are handled at checkout. Pickup is always free.
