Ordering
How do I sign up?
Go to the Pricing page, pick your tier (Starter, Athlete, or Elite), then choose exactly how many meals per week you want. Click the button and you'll be taken to checkout. Once you're signed up you'll receive a confirmation and your weekly menu selection link.
How do I select my meals each week?
Every Monday you'll get a text with a link to that week's menu. Open it, browse the options, and select your meals. You've got until Saturday night to submit. We'll send a reminder Wednesday if you haven't picked yet, and a final nudge Friday afternoon.
What happens if I miss the meal selection deadline?
If you don't submit by Saturday night, we'll prep a default selection for you based on that week's menu. You'll still get your full meal count — we won't let you go without fuel. But to get exactly what you want, submit before the cutoff.
Meals & Nutrition
How much protein is in each meal?
Every meal is built to hit 30–50g of protein. We design our menu around protein first, then build the carbs and fats around it. The exact macros are printed on every container.
Are the macros accurate?
Yes. We weigh ingredients during prep and calculate macros per meal. These aren't rough estimates — they're tracked numbers you can log directly into MyFitnessPal or whatever tracker you use.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Right now our menu is built around whole food, high-protein options. We don't have dedicated allergen-free prep lines yet. If you have a specific restriction or allergy, contact us before signing up so we can let you know what works for you.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Meals are prepped fresh Sunday morning and picked up Sunday afternoon. Refrigerated, they stay fresh through the following weekend — typically 5–7 days. No preservatives, so keep them cold and eat within the week.
Are meals gluten-free or dairy-free?
Some meals are, some aren't. Each week's menu will note allergens when applicable. Reach out if you need more detail on a specific meal before ordering.
