These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gainz Train LLC website at gainztrainprep.com and any related services, including weekly meal subscriptions, food truck purchases, and SMS communications. By using our website, subscribing to a meal plan, or providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Gainz Train LLC provides weekly high-protein meal prep subscriptions, food truck sales, and related products in Utah County, Utah. All meal plans, menus, and pricing are subject to change. Pickup and delivery windows are confirmed each week.

2. Subscriptions and Orders

By subscribing to a Gainz Train meal plan, you agree to weekly recurring billing at the rate associated with your selected tier. The order cutoff for each week is Saturday night unless otherwise communicated. Meals are prepped Sunday morning and available for pickup or delivery Sunday afternoon.

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations made after the weekly order cutoff will take effect the following week.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number through our website, subscription forms, or contact forms, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Gainz Train LLC. Our SMS program includes the following types of messages:

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at gainztrainprep@gmail.com or 385-327-8045.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our SMS messaging program.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network conditions.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew weekly until cancelled. By providing payment information, you authorize Gainz Train LLC to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis. You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.

Charges for the upcoming week's meals will not be refunded after the order cutoff has passed. If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until payment is updated.

5. Pickup and Delivery

Meals are made available for pickup at our designated location during the Sunday window communicated to subscribers. Customers are responsible for retrieving meals during the pickup window. Meals not picked up may not be available later in the week and are not eligible for refund.

Delivery, where offered, is limited to specific zones in Utah County and may carry an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

6. Food Allergies, Dietary Restrictions, and Cross-Contamination

Each meal lists its primary ingredients, macros, and known allergens. However, all Gainz Train LLC meals are prepared in a shared commercial kitchen where common allergens (including dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish) may be present. We cannot guarantee that any meal is free from cross-contamination.

If you have a severe food allergy, you assume the risk of consuming our meals. By ordering, you confirm you have reviewed the listed ingredients and allergens and accept responsibility for your dietary choices.

7. Quality and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our meals. If you experience an issue with an order, contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can make it right. Our liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Gainz Train name, logo, images, recipes, menu descriptions, and design files — is the property of Gainz Train LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
